Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Treat Yourself, then tap Cancel Subscription.

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all your data from inside the app:

  1. Open the Treat Yourself app.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

This removes your sessions, programs, check-ins, and account from our servers. The action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your device's subscription settings first (the App Store or Google Play manages the billing).

Full details, including how to request deletion without the app, are on our account deletion page.

Can I share my progress with my therapist or clinician?

Yes. Treat Yourself includes an optional sharing feature:

  1. Open the app and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Share Data and generate a 6-character code.
  3. Give that code to your therapist. They can enter it on our web dashboard to view your progress.

You can revoke access at any time from the same screen. Your therapist sees a read-only view of your programs, sessions, pain trends, and check-ins. They cannot change anything in your account.

I have a clinical question about my pain. Who do I contact?

Treat Yourself is a wellness app, not medical advice or a diagnostic tool. For any clinical questions about your symptoms, a flare-up, or whether an exercise is appropriate for your condition, please contact a licensed healthcare provider (physical therapist, doctor, or chiropractor).

If you experience severe or worsening symptoms, or any of the in-app red-flag warnings apply to you, stop using the app and seek care from a qualified clinician.

I found a bug or have feedback. How do I report it?

The fastest way is the in-app bug report tool: open the Account tab and tap Report a Bug. You can also email us directly at support@treatyourselfapp.net.

What devices does Treat Yourself support?

Treat Yourself is currently available on iPhone (iOS 16 or later). iPad and Android are not supported in the current version.
