Delete your Treat Yourself account

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Treat Yourself app.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. The action cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at support@treatyourselfapp.net with the subject “Account deletion request.” If your account has an email address attached, please send from that address (or include it) so we can verify ownership before deleting.

We process deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your account and all data tied to it, including:

• Exercise programs and session history
• Daily check-ins and progress data
• Mobility-check (range-of-motion) results and photos
• Any bug-report screenshots you submitted

Your data is removed from our live systems immediately. Residual copies in our encrypted backups age out automatically within 30 days.

What is not deleted automatically

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings:

• Apple / App Store subscriptions
• Google Play subscriptions
